Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very good distribution service out there, its free, they take percentage, but i can live with that. I totally recommend! Really fast distribution of music, well-designed dashboard. The software called Frontstage is really everything needed for digital distribution. I like the workflow - upload, edit metadata and deliver the content to the stores. The delivery is really fast. Whenever there is a problem, a solution is usually found within minutes to hours. The software is really fast and you don't need to wait for results in the analytics - the only time i see a loading indicator is when my internet connection is bad. Cons No video distribution, little slower customer support Support only answers emails and phone calls if they want to (they rather don't answer, if there's a real problem). They pay generated sales only when they want, sometimes they hold it back. The company does not hop on new trends in the industry, like HiFi sound, Dolby Atmos/Spatial Audio. Even though the color scheme makes sense and it's easy on the eyes, i am not a fan of it. Now Indie artists or rising artists don't need to fret over how to start up, getting the exposure in the media and selling their products and services. Also recording artists that want the major labels also gets the attention of record labels and getting signed.
