Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cyfe has allowed us to be in constant monitoring in the areas where computer activity is performed, since it offers us to manage a constant monitoring within the organization. On each device we can see in real time what is being processed on that computer. In turn, in case of technical support, the application allows us to install Widgets such as Wordpress or Alexa as a channel for reports. Its features include the possibility of monitoring in any area or department of the company such as: administration, customer service, purchasing and sales, among others. In addition to its ease of use, it also provides functions to customize widgets such as Twitter, Facebook, Wordpress and Alexa to be present in any channel. With this analysis tool we have obtained an almost immediate and constant update with our clients through our social media platforms, which has kept us in contact simultaneously without any inconvenience. Its price is relatively low with respect to most programs that are available, in our license they offer us a refund if the monthly work does not meet the expected expectations. They have many integrations, although we can not see them directly, but looking well in depth we can find everything we need. Due to the highly customizable Cyfe's activity wall, it is completely possible to edit all the historical operations of each marketing process that has been carried out since a specific date, through the main work screen, showing us that we can have a quick command of all our information. Cons We have some problems in terms of results; one of them is not having a result that is graphically represented after an analysis. As for your daily or monthly reports that we can get from the application we do not have a detailed description of any specific item analyzed, the data throws them in a general way only. This program offers an analysis of all the data collected in the different areas you want to know in depth, but does not offer data filtering to specify in detail what we want to look for to get results. In addition, it does not have any kind of visual analysis or graphical presentation of the collected data. We need a mobile application, this means that we have to be all day in front of a portable device or web device interacting with Cyfe. Despite its large number of integrations it is always necessary to add more important ones as for example HubSpot is one of the marketing tools we use the most. Customers can generate their own reports about the sales operations they execute with us, but these cannot be edited afterwards before being published in our domain, which leads to not being able to avoid negative opinions from customers who are not satisfied with our service. The solution has been to disable the API so that they cannot generate reports.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My favorite aspect of Looker is its customizable in dashboard design compared to the similar products. Looker offers an intuitive interface that facilitates the creation of customized reports. The ability to integrate with multiple data sources is impressive, enabling deeper and more comprehensive analysis. In addition, the real-time data exploration feature is crucial for making informed decisions quickly, which is vital in our dynamic work environment. Looker is great for data analytics needs and can transform complex data into insights. Modern interface makes it incredibly easy to build and customize reports. Its ability to visualize data in a clear and understandable way makes it easy to identify unusual patterns or potential threats through interactive and customizable dashboards. Looker's ability to create detailed and automated reports is another great advantage. This not only saves time, but also ensures that reports are always up-to-date, which is crucial for informed decision making and regulatory compliance. Looker has the ability to integrate with multiple data sources, making it easy to create custom reports and dashboards. I value the collaboration features, such as the ability to easily share reports and dashboards with colleagues. This improves team communication and helps make informed data-driven decisions. In addition, the ability to customize visualizations to the client's needs adds significant value to our service. Cons It's a bit costlier than other options available. While Looker is powerful, the initial setup can be complex and requires a significant investment of time and resources. UI can be complex for new users and Third party integration should be added. One concern is the initial setup complexity. Integrating and organizing data from various sources can be challenging, requiring significant time and resources up front. The lack of some export features may frustrate users who need to work with data in other formats.
