Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Event Management Registration Website Creation Venue sourcing Layout creation Payment processing Support team I enjoy how user friendly Cvent is and how I can create and manage multiple events easily. From the backend API systems communicating to using the app, this all encompassing platform has been a savior to our events team. Cvent Event Management offers a wide range of advantages that make planning and executing events significantly more efficient and effective. Its centralized platform allows planners to manage registration, communication, reporting, and onsite tools all in one place, reducing the need for multiple systems and minimizing errors. The customizable event website and registration paths create a professional attendee experience while supporting complex event requirements. Automation features, such as email reminders, confirmation messages, and integrated payment processing, save time and ensure consistent communication. Cvent’s robust reporting and analytics provide real-time insights into registration trends, attendee engagement, and financial performance, empowering planners to make informed decisions quickly. Additionally, the platform’s onsite solutions, like check-in, badge printing, and session tracking, streamline day of event operations and enhance attendee satisfaction. Overall, Cvent delivers a powerful, scalable solution that improves efficiency, professionalism, and data accuracy throughout the entire event lifecycle. Cvent is one of the best and most robust platforms I’ve ever used. It’s capable of handling everything an event planner needs—from complex web designs to registration logic and other essential tech components. Cvent Event Management is by far the best event management system I have used. It does everything we need: - event website - registration process - multiple registration types - speaker management - session management - various pricing and discount models - automated email communications - event & session surveys - exhibitor management - etc. It does everything we need Cons I do not have any real cons regarding Cvent. They continue to improve each month as they add new services. For online events, the speaker platform can be a bit wonky. Our speakers have trouble seeing us and certain content while they are presenting, which can make it difficult to communicate and signal certain cues when needed. While Cvent Event Management is a powerful platform, it does come with some drawbacks. The system can be complex for new users, requiring training and time to fully understand its features and navigation. Its wide range of capabilities, though valuable, can feel overwhelming for smaller teams or simple events. Cvent can also be costly, especially for organizations running frequent or large-scale events, as additional modules and advanced features often come at an extra price. Customizations, particularly for event websites and emails, sometimes require specialized knowledge or support, which can slow down the setup process. Additionally, the platform’s performance may vary depending on internet connectivity, and certain updates or changes may require multiple steps to implement. Overall, while highly capable, Cvent may present challenges in terms of learning curve, cost, and complexity. The platform can feel overwhelming at first due to its extensive features. It does so much, I feel like sometimes I am missing something. Some feature or functionality I could use but I am not aware of. It is best to have a customer success person working with you to help you maximize the use of the system.		Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.
