However, behind its glossy facade lies a deceiving and utterly useless platform that falls embarrassingly short of its grand claims. It is nothing but a disappointment and a complete waste of time and money for anyone who foolishly believes in their false promises. Cons From the very moment you install CUSTOMILY, the red flags start waving. The app's user interface is clunky, confusing, and outdated, making it an uphill battle just to navigate through the sea of broken links and error messages. For a product that boasts about personalization, it lacks any semblance of customization options, leaving you feeling more restricted than liberated. Worst of all, CUSTOMILY's primary function—personalization—seems to be an elusive myth. Despite their assertive marketing claims of providing unparalleled personalization capabilities, the app disappoints users with a limited range of fonts, colors, and designs. Don't expect to stand out from the crowd or delight your customers; CUSTOMILY will leave you blending into the vast ocean of generic offerings. The app's customer support is a cruel joke, further adding to the growing list of grievances. When reaching out to CUSTOMILY's support team to address the myriad of issues encountered, one is met with nothing but a barrage of automated responses and empty promises of "escalating the issue to their technical team." Spoiler alert: don't expect any actual assistance or resolution. They seem to be experts in ghosting their customers, leaving them stranded with their non-functional app and no chance of recourse. However, the ultimate slap in the face comes when customers attempt to seek a refund for this sham of an app. CUSTOMILY's refund policy is a labyrinthine maze, carefully crafted to ensure that users never get their hard-earned money back. Countless users have reported being stonewalled, ignored, or subjected to a plethora of excuses, all aimed at preventing them from getting a refund. It's a disgraceful display of contempt for the very people who trusted them.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Amazing team updates the app frequently. The editor is super easy and fun to use. You get unlimited background remover tools with a pro subscription. Templates are amazing and easy to edit. You can create posters, videos and gifs all in one tool. All sizes are available for every social media platform. Sincerely the software has given a lot of advantages to my way of working because I feel more comfortable with its tools. I have been able to create different projects from websites for new clients and advertising through graphic design tools. It is fantastic; its price is not high and does not generate distrust when acquiring it. I like Crello because it covers an incredible quality in web design and graphics in different shades, I have been able to simplify my creations to a solid level, it is not slow at all and the learning curve is not steep compared to other software. I also consider that the price for the product is incredible. In my opinion, the design a lot modern compare to competitor. I like the design, but choices of design is not much, hope Crello can add more new template time to time. This is one of the best software programs for easily creating images and videos for posting. It's so easy to use. Cons If you create a design on desktop it cannot be edited on mobile and vice versa. I want the program to be a little more didactic for those using this type of software for the first time. I dislike the fact that it is a little unknown compared to other top programs, it would be ideal if the managers would invest a little more in advertising, so the user forum would grow more. Some features are not available compared to the competitor, soonest I believe Crello will have it. For free account choice is very limited compare to competitor, basically unable to attract people to use free account (in my opinion), not much impact for me as I am using premium account Really there's not anything bad I could say about this program.
