We have been able to calculate our growth with one report, seamlessly process SMS text messages to customer, update prices and add services with limited click throughs. The staff at Curbside is phenomenal - always open to new ideas and prompt to return calls!
• This is the total package. This POS system can make your Fluff and Fold run like it should, professional. The ease of use is rather good even if you are not computer savvy. You can use it for drop-off or delivery and everything in between. Not only is your life easier, but so is your attendants.
• The system makes running my business so much easier, it is so streamlined. I love that they are laundry owners themselves, so they understand exactly what we need. They are constantly updating as well with new and improved features, and that is so appreciated. The customer service is great. Whenever I have had a problem, they have retuned my message quickly and been able to resolve the problem.
• There is constant improvement taking into account the feedback from users and the owners using the software day-to-day to run their own operations.

My friend Barb is the absolute best whenever I can't figure something out. I've been using Curbside for 3 years and never had a technical problem. CURBSIDE IS THE BEST. I love how we are constantly updating the software to make the process better. They listen to their customers.
• The flow of the orders is clear, the attendant can be easily get trained. Driver routes are very clear. Software support is great.
