From the moment he reached out to introduce himself, he’s gone above and beyond in helping us catch up. I am a new user to Cumulus and have nothing but rave reviews. The ease of use of the software is outstanding(so far). The support that i receive is far above top notch. My implementation team that consists of Kimberly Mano, Nathan Gilbert and Scott Ward are very supportive and continue to be an invaluable resource to me as I grow my business. Cons Not a true custom website creating sellable products takes many steps iOS seems to have issues. UI is not intuitive without training. Ticket system is handle in India, so there's a language barrier. In the past, we had some concerns, but the recent changes made by Celerant have been impressive. None, support is very helpful solving if we have any report with any reports! As a new user, my challenge is really about learning the full functionalities of the back office and the software. However, the Cumulus team has continued to point me in the right direction and is supportive through each step.
