	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Software is not bad, although more than a few times it caused me problems (which I had to understand and excuse too many times). Fantastic Customer support. Easy to use. Very good connections to the main channels which guarantees no errors. Cons The support to be really, really bad -If you've a problem: "it's your fault" -If you send them evidences: "they are not so important' I can't set an extra guest rate as a rule to all my seasons. You can only set it by season (so if you do dynamic pricing you always need to add manually that rate).
