Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Because you have to put some good side to this, let's mention the price. I couldn't find anything positive about anything else. - always coming up with new features and updates. This alone instill great confidence in the product and the team behind it. Kudos to them - their customer support is legendary. Really fast response even on the weekends. - I love their new mobile app UI that is really much better than the previous version. Guess this "wow" factor prompted me to write this review I believe this is clearly one of the leading crypto trading bot product in the market. Sure, there are many out there but, when it all comes down to robustness and user-friendliness, CryptoHero wins them hands down. When I mentioned robustness, I meant the bot works 100% of the time. Never miss a signal and executes on my strategies like a charm. a) fast backtest. 99% of the backtest took less than 2 seconds. It saved me lots of time doing my strategy testing b) simple UI does not scare an old man like me. I like UI that is simple. I love their backtest which is fast and accurate. I mean blazingly fast. I also love their trading view integration that is by far, the best designed piece of feature among all other crypto trading bots. Last but not least, I love the responsive nature of their customer service team. Cons How many other Europeans make this mistake and find out that it doesn't work in Europe. Because of this, it's unclear and steals Europeans' money. I have to inform them to add a missing coin in order to trade. I guess it is no biggie since they usually add it within a day. Other than this, all is good. Their current repertoire of indicators support is not large. It would be good if they can offer other indicator types like ichimoku cloud. It would be the perfect product if CryptoHero can support more indicators. a) their trading terminal is quite basic in terms of features. But, anyway, I can always use the exchange's trading terminal for any manual trading. No biggie. Well, nothing honestly. I do not want to find fault in this software when there is none.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -Many of the bots i'm using including Odayakawa and Teseo have been profitable. Even though they are spot market bots they tend to beat holding which the platform shows how much you would have gained/lost if you had held instead of using the bot. Pretty easy to use with a lot of features. Marketplace trading bots are performing well! Plus, the editor is compatible with TradingView thanks to the webhook system, we're talking about big players here. It has the best trading bots in the crypto industry and is transparent. The strategy editor also allows me to create algorithms using TradingView signals. One of the things I appreciate about Kryll.io is the strategy editor, which motivates me to continuously improve my backtesting results and optimize my live trading performance. Additionally, the marketplace offers a variety of bots with clear descriptions and transparent reward/risk data, which is helpful for making informed trading decisions. Good support from the team is also appreciable. Features, webhooks, trailing sell, easy to use. Very good support team and a good community on Telegram. Cons Doesn't have DEX automation. Can only connect centralized exchanges to the platform. I once had an issue with the trading bot editor but the support team was very responsive and helpful! Have to use KRL tokens for the strategies. Doesn't have an option to go on a monthly plan. Despite the fact that the team has implemented webhooks feature, we still need more embedded blocks to get even more fun. They need to implement more features and more users.
