Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Because you have to put some good side to this, let's mention the price. I couldn't find anything positive about anything else. - always coming up with new features and updates. This alone instill great confidence in the product and the team behind it. Kudos to them - their customer support is legendary. Really fast response even on the weekends. - I love their new mobile app UI that is really much better than the previous version. Guess this "wow" factor prompted me to write this review I believe this is clearly one of the leading crypto trading bot product in the market. Sure, there are many out there but, when it all comes down to robustness and user-friendliness, CryptoHero wins them hands down. When I mentioned robustness, I meant the bot works 100% of the time. Never miss a signal and executes on my strategies like a charm. a) fast backtest. 99% of the backtest took less than 2 seconds. It saved me lots of time doing my strategy testing b) simple UI does not scare an old man like me. I like UI that is simple. I love their backtest which is fast and accurate. I mean blazingly fast. I also love their trading view integration that is by far, the best designed piece of feature among all other crypto trading bots. Last but not least, I love the responsive nature of their customer service team. Cons How many other Europeans make this mistake and find out that it doesn't work in Europe. Because of this, it's unclear and steals Europeans' money. I have to inform them to add a missing coin in order to trade. I guess it is no biggie since they usually add it within a day. Other than this, all is good. Their current repertoire of indicators support is not large. It would be good if they can offer other indicator types like ichimoku cloud. It would be the perfect product if CryptoHero can support more indicators. a) their trading terminal is quite basic in terms of features. But, anyway, I can always use the exchange's trading terminal for any manual trading. No biggie. Well, nothing honestly. I do not want to find fault in this software when there is none.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's a nice looking page but that's about the only nice thing I can say about these people it draws you in then you can't get out unless you pay $1000.00 it's a scam Cons The way they trap you into there company I am a pensioner in the UK i was introduced to crypto view a friend I was shown how to deposit money so I had a go what a big mistake that was I chose the basic plan and invested £100 which is all I could afford anyway to cut it short my money grew so I decided to try and withdraw it now is where it all went wrong for me I ask to withdraw my money but was greeted with I have complete my KYC and send them $1000 deposit then I can get my money back it's a scam avoid them like the plague
