Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing in particular, they offer the chance to withdraw your crypto assets (but you actually can't), same with your goat money, so it's a trap. The debit card - I try to pay for as many things as possible with this card; council tax, groceries, holidays and all sorts. And every time I do, I get 3% back in CRO. You need the physical card in store, as it cannot be linked to GooglePay or ApplePay (although possibly with Curve - something I've yet to get my hear around!). The 10% pa against my originally staked CRO is something for nothing. I'm a low level investor and initially staked just 6,000 CRO - gutted - you aren't able to add once you've done this. I think this is done through the CARD area - do due diligence and stake as much as you can so you can take advantage of this. Remember, if CRO goes up, you still get the 10%, regardless of the price. These guys are horrible, so not sure what to put here. They have a good Lion logo?? No help, no support. Two years ago I had not Heard of it and I started seeing it on TV buildings at the movies UFC fights races. Fact is, it’s getting huge and it’s everywhere now crypto.com isn’t going anywhere it’s here to stay it is on track to being the biggest exchange out of all of them. I'm not sure what good I can say here. Cons • They seize the control of your assets and funds and restrict the way you use it under stupid arguments. It is something they do on purpose. • Customer Support gives no support at all, and disrespect customer by using generic replies that they copy and paste, like "we are working on your case", "your case has been escalated", "we will communicate with you as soon as we have an update", our internal team is working on your case" ...all lies! • They take forever to give control of your own assets and funds back to you, it's planned, they do it on purpose so you can't use your own funds. • Whenever you request the physical credit card they offer you get the "your Crypto.com credit card it's on its way to you" email but it never arrives, it's a big lie! I've tried twice, the two times I got the same result: Nothing! Customer help - it takes ages and it feels as though the people you're speaking with aren't terribly invested in the company and have little knowledge. I've had a bad response and one good response. But overall, it's pretty poor at the moment. Applied to be a creator, never gave me reason and won’t delete my account. Super bad customer service. Pretty sure a Matt Damon commercial is all they have going for them. There is some hiccups in the app that I’ve noticed when purchasing coin sometimes transactions don’t work from debit or credit card I find that it’s best to do wire transfers and it does take away some of the fees. They will try and screw you out of your money and be smug about it the entire way through. They say they will try to help while they do the exact opposite. I would be careful before trusting my funds with this CCP platform.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros OKX is a great product and with amazing crazy liquidity. It has a simple UI/UX. Lot of options for setting. The fact that the stop loss orders entered in futures transactions are realized very quickly, the features of the P2P platform are very advanced compared to the similar ones. OKX is the best among all exchange. I used all of them but OKX is the winner. You will be fan of OKX. Your money goes somewhere where you can't track it. When there are problems, they always want the same thing, but they can't fix the problem. This crypto exchange is so user friendly. Easy to use. Best price of USDT p2p. Fast transfer. Very reasonable withdrawal fee of crypto. Safe space. Cons Some of the great features missing. Trade history is non standard. Lack of a sound or alert notification feature when the order we enter in spot or futures transactions is executed. It's good to have an exchange like OKX for me. Better than 100s of exchanges. My account was blocked because I allegedly did not transfer a payment. Although I have proven it 10-15 with a video of how I made my payments and transfer to my account. Didn't release my account OKX anyway. Wish it had more crypto p2p options like btc, trx.
