Pros from Real Users Pros Great CS team that is always ready to help. They really listen to their customers and will step in to make sure you can use the product to what you need. Very user friendly - implementation was seamless and Crelate's customer support is amazing. I highly recommend this ATS. Crelate has been an outstanding partner for our organization. From implementation through ongoing support, their team consistently responds to our needs quickly and efficiently. The software is intuitive and easy to use, enabling our team to double our recruiting and onboarding volume without adding additional staff. This level of growth simply wouldn’t have been possible without Crelate. I've used Crelate now with 3 of my start-ups. I was on the implementation and buying team for one of these. I've been recruiting for 15 years and have used so many ATS systems, but Crelate has been by far the most user-friendly. Easy to use, explore, and customize. The reporting is clutch, and if/when I need help, the customer support team is quick to help and build the reports I'm looking for. Crelate gives a lot of information on how to do things, as well as provides free webinars and breaks down the different features. Best CRM that I have used to date. Once you realize this is a trie database-driven system, it is very powerful.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Voice type option, sending emails through JA, doc attatchment, settingg alerts, bolt on to LI. Skill codings, job ad integration and ease of use. Setting up of new starters, electronic esign docs. Super easy to use, especially for new users. It has so many different functions and features that you are be able to run a Recruitment desk with ease. When setting up my sole charge recruitment business, I knew I needed a really good recruitment platform that was easy to use, affordable since it was only me, and would add value. I chose JobAdder and have never looked back. We grew together as i recruit for the creative industry and initially there were issues uploading the size of files portfolios came in. However working closely with the awesome help desk folk, they realised the issue and it soon became a focus for the development team. I was always kept up to date with any issues and i loved that i could be talking to folk in Bali or Sydney. They never thought twice about picking up the phone and calling me to resolve things. I alo lo e that JobAdder has actively encouraged integration with 3rd parties such as Gmail or SEEKbto improve our effectiveness without adding to our costs. I go to the update sessions they put on in Auckland and have now recommended them to many others. Ive worked with large bespoke CMS systems in international companies but none compare to the agility and can-do attitude I've enjoyed with JobAdder Easy to use Good display Like the folders good training The ease of the product from a useability perspective Cons Sometimes email drops out. No other issues withvit Compared to other CRM's, I cant particularly think of any. There were issues at the beginning around file size uploads, including with the Gmail plugin, but thats been improved significantly. It feels really good to be listened to. I have no other cons. I have used a previous system that I found had some better features and display Search function isn't that great Features lack compared to some other systems in market.
