About CredentialCal is a cloud-based credential tracking and reminder application for small surgical practices. It gives office managers and credentialing administrators a shared view of provider licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, continuing education, CAQH attestations, payer enrollments, hospital privileges, and Medicare PECOS revalidation. Teams can import existing Excel or CSV records, organize items by provider, payer, and facility, review upcoming dates on a calendar, and monitor compliance status. Configurable alerts are sent in-app and by email ahead of deadlines, while renewal checklists provide forms, portal links, documents, and workflow notes. The software tracks and organizes work; staff remain responsible for verifying requirements and completing applications, attestations, and renewals.
