Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of operation for both host and client. Ease of scheduling. Excellent interactional tools. Cost is fantastic. I really like the ease of use. I have used other platforms and find Coviu much more user friendly. It has a good selection of tools, great technical support. I get good feedback from clients. Coviu is easy to use, reliable and secure. It enables me to conduct an effective mental health support service and supervision service. It is developing; new features are being added. Cons Been using Coviu for just over 6 months and haven't worked any out yet. Downloading pdf documents with annotations can be difficult, depending on which web browser you use. At first, it was not always reliable. But this has improved.
