Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Simple cloud based software which does basic things that server based softwares did. Few features like sterilisation logging are unique to it compared to others I have checked out. The best SaaS Practice Management System for dentists in Australia. Easy to use with clean look Online booking integration with website SMS reminders, lab module, steri module Integration with medipass, Hicaps, Tyro, Smile right, hotdocs,..... So easy to use. Voice to Text notes make life easy. SMS chat. Cloud based SAAS Model so can access anywhere. Security is strong with ISO 27001. Cons A lot. Firstly the support - terrible support team who has no idea about the their own software. They don't provide you any account manager. So you have to depend on these very unskilled support people who are more like chatbots replying with generic answers mostly. And you will have to get in touch with this team frequently as the software is full of problems. Worst is that during my 3 years with them they did not improve much. Many of the features are half done. We were told in our third year not to use one feature (which we reported was inaccurate) as it never worked from the beginning, Why is it still there then? They keep boasting product updates, but we never got them. And no mention of how to get them as well. Surprisingly their team also doesn't know and those who know are surprised why we do not have it. Lastly, they try to trap you by not letting you access your own data when you decide to move. We are moving to new software and they provided us incomplete data with excuses for not providing the rest. Still going through the pain with no result. Only in cloud version currently no server based solution Too easy to use. The Core Practice is always improving and coming out with new features.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Excellent customer service, easy claims submission and re-submission, scheduling software is great! love this product! The simplicity once all information is in system the program is simple to follow, it has all we need. There are several features of NextGen that I like. I feel like it is very easy to use. It is nice to be able to scan directly into the EMR. Cons Sometimes the changes made by IT come by way of software messages and there is no time to read them all. When someone is in chart, we cannot access chart, sometimes, we use this part every day. I wish that there was a better way to document a phone note.
