About
Control Plane is a cloud virtualization platform that enables devops teams to compose any combination of cloud infrastructure (bare metal, VMs, k8s, AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) into one or more AI-native virtual clouds. Applications run at 99.999% availability, backed by an SLA, without added infrastructure complexity. Organizations use it to cut infrastructure costs by 30–50%, eliminate vendor lock-in, and securely deploy workloads, VMs, and AI agents across single-cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments from a single AI-enabled interface. SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant.

About
Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE) is an Oracle-managed container orchestration service that can reduce the time and cost to build modern cloud native applications. Unlike most other vendors, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure provides Container Engine for Kubernetes as a free service that runs on higher-performance, lower-cost compute shapes. DevOps engineers can use unmodified, open source Kubernetes for application workload portability and to simplify operations with automatic updates and patching. Deploy Kubernetes clusters including the underlying virtual cloud networks, internet gateways, and NAT gateways with a single click. Automate Kubernetes operations with web-based REST API and CLI for all actions including Kubernetes cluster creation, scaling, and operations. Oracle Container Engine for Kubernetes does not charge for cluster management. Easily and quickly upgrade container clusters, with zero downtime, to keep them up to date with the latest stable version of Kubernetes.

CategoriesHost apps across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, neoclouds, and your own servers as one virtual cloud, with a global endpoint that routes each request to the nearest healthy location. Run microservices with mutual TLS, a deny-by-default internal firewall, secrets management, and built-in logs, metrics, and traces across every location. Deploy containers and VMs once and run them active-active across clouds, with autoscaling, observability, and security built in and no Kubernetes cluster to operate. |
