Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Stay away. Used for 11 years, now sold and claim you don't have support but happily take your money and refuse to provide help. Like their program but ever since they 09stopped providing telephone and remote help I would not recommend them. You now have to submit a chit and wait for an online response.
