About
ConnectMQ is a managed MQTT broker and web platform for teams connecting sensors, machines, vehicles and applications. It provides broker access without requiring customers to install or maintain broker servers. Devices and software can connect using MQTT 3.1.1 or MQTT 5 over TCP, TLS or WebSockets, with username/password authentication and per-topic access controls. The workspace includes a dashboard and topic monitor for viewing broker status, messages and live telemetry; an ISA-95 topic hierarchy for organizing industrial data; and rules, alert logs and browser notifications for conditions on JSON payload fields. ConnectMQ is intended for industrial IoT, connected products, fleet and energy telemetry, smart-home projects, and prototyping.

About
Eclipse Mosquitto is an open source (EPL/EDL licensed) message broker that implements the MQTT protocol versions 5.0, 3.1.1 and 3.1. Mosquitto is lightweight and is suitable for use on all devices from low power single board computers to full servers.
The MQTT protocol provides a lightweight method of carrying out messaging using a publish/subscribe model. This makes it suitable for Internet of Things messaging such as with low power sensors or mobile devices such as phones, embedded computers or microcontrollers.
The Mosquitto project also provides a C library for implementing MQTT clients, and the very popular mosquitto_pub and mosquitto_sub command line MQTT clients.
