About Conectodo Packing is an outbound warehouse management system for ecommerce sellers who ship from their own warehouse. Orders from Mercado Libre, Tiendanube, Fenicio, ERPs and manual sales land in one queue. The system builds packing batches by time of day, sales channel or delivery zone, guides picking on the operator's phone by bin location, and verifies packing by barcode scan: the shipping label is released only once the order is complete and correct. It prints one label per order at each packing station, handles multi-carrier labels, parcel control and item by item returns, covers Mercado Libre Flex with delivery zones on a map and courier settlement, and plans replenishment to Mercado Envios Full. Operator seats are unlimited on every plan. It does not handle goods receiving, purchase orders or stock control, and it is not an ERP: no invoicing, no accounting. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Packing module offers several useful filters for managing different logistics methods and supports more than one account, which makes it possible to generate a general pre-picking list when needed. It also provides different filters and controls to help ensure that orders are packed correctly and according to the corresponding logistics method. Cons One area that could be improved is the way the module updates its database information. It would be useful to have a more direct connection with our ERP, so that new configurations or changes associated with each sale could be automatically updated in the system. This would help reduce manual updates and keep the packing information more accurate and up to date.		Pros from Real Users Pros Great to have ship hero in our system. We have to manage books inventory with combo. Its packing slip & Picking slip generation helps the executives to pick the right item and pack it. Its auto integration with shipping partners helps in barcode generation and label generation. All 3PL activities will be done from a single system and auto report generation. Let's start with the onboarding process. You will be onboarded by a real person with real experience in the 3PL industry. They will walk you through the ins and outs of the program over many video calls until you fully understand how to get going. Once you start using the software you will learn that the ShipHero team has been extremely thorough with the settings of customization they offer. Whether its rate shopping, pick/packing features, warehouse management, or reporting, the options are endless. I was recommended ShipHero by a colleague and I'm glad I made the switch.
