Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The effective service , fast to respond. The technical support is helpful. The website is easy to operate. Ease of use. Ease of configuration & administration. Good range of features. Responsive customer support. I use the Announcements and Delivery features daily. I run a luxury hi rise and I use these features daily. Why? Because my owner's like the ease of these features and thereby are happy, which makes me happy! Cons The website is not accessible for the users who are visually impaired. Fewer features than some competitors. Some configuration procedures are needlessly tricky. The quick vote feature is weak.
