Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Comidor is a robust business process management solution with many strengths, particularly in workflow automation, project management, and document control. It's been integral to streamlining our operations and making data-driven decisions. It's been an important tool for designing and automating processes that have saved us significant time and reduced manual errors. Comidor's collaboration features, including chat and file sharing, have fostered better teamwork among remote team members. It has facilitated communication and collaboration seamlessly. I have used Comidor during its trial period and it has many powerful features compared to other platforms I have reviewed. Most importantly, it has got an excellent level of integration with other platforms. Comidor supported all the workflow automation needs of our organization and helped us achieve automated workflows for our staff, management etc.. The speed at which we can automate our processes and develop solutions never fails to amaze me. The platform is relatively simple to use yet very powerful with a vast range of functionality and capability. The built in AI, ML and chatbot functions take Comidor to another level. The team at Comidor are first class at supporting the platform and just as capable at coming up with clever solutions and ideas to any business process issue. Friendly user interface, excellent customer support, high customization! Great experience overall!!! Cons The learning curve can be steep, and the interface may seem a little overwhelming at times, especially for new users. More extensive onboarding resources and tutorials could help make the most of the platform from day one. Also, it would be useful for its mobile app to be a little more user-friendly. Improving the mobile experience would allow users to manage tasks and projects while on the go. I think the downside of the platform being too powerful is that it has a bit of a steep learning curve. But it does not look impossible to overcome. Additionally, I think it would be great to give the UX a bit of an uplift so as to make the platform more user friendly. Well, honestly there is nothing to dislike about Comidor. Very few if any - it’s hard to find something we don’t like! Nothing in particular. Sometimes connection with the software gets tricky especially in areas with low internet speeds.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ability to quickly build forms and pseudo apps that perform well and integrate into a Microsoft 365 Domain. With Power Automate and a "bot" account bridging the integration gaps as a caveat. Delivery on the promise of automation. Vastly reduces the amount of time, tasks and training required for an end user to perform a cornucopia of business processes. Once a given process has been assembled. With few and slight exceptions, a very well polished and smooth experience for the end users of forms created with this product. Forms function on any device and can be managed from any device. Cons The user experience for the creators of forms and workflows of this product. There is a lot of jank. Ranging from UI problems when setting up variables in the workflow and bots section. To unexpected behavior on certain characters between elements and integrations. Nearly non-existent documentation for any specific part of any item in this package. Much trial and error and tribal knowledge needs to be acquired to use this product to its potential. Poor performance in a certain few areas. Especially large forms when regarding the variables when setting up bots. Forms with 100+ variables begin to take significant amounts of time (1m+) for every single update to a given mapping table. This is exacerbated by slower PCs. 0 version control and 0 ability to move elements from one flow into another in the same workspace.
