Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Comidor is a robust business process management solution with many strengths, particularly in workflow automation, project management, and document control. It's been integral to streamlining our operations and making data-driven decisions. It's been an important tool for designing and automating processes that have saved us significant time and reduced manual errors. Comidor's collaboration features, including chat and file sharing, have fostered better teamwork among remote team members. It has facilitated communication and collaboration seamlessly. I have used Comidor during its trial period and it has many powerful features compared to other platforms I have reviewed. Most importantly, it has got an excellent level of integration with other platforms. Comidor supported all the workflow automation needs of our organization and helped us achieve automated workflows for our staff, management etc.. The speed at which we can automate our processes and develop solutions never fails to amaze me. The platform is relatively simple to use yet very powerful with a vast range of functionality and capability. The built in AI, ML and chatbot functions take Comidor to another level. The team at Comidor are first class at supporting the platform and just as capable at coming up with clever solutions and ideas to any business process issue. Friendly user interface, excellent customer support, high customization! Great experience overall!!! Cons The learning curve can be steep, and the interface may seem a little overwhelming at times, especially for new users. More extensive onboarding resources and tutorials could help make the most of the platform from day one. Also, it would be useful for its mobile app to be a little more user-friendly. Improving the mobile experience would allow users to manage tasks and projects while on the go. I think the downside of the platform being too powerful is that it has a bit of a steep learning curve. But it does not look impossible to overcome. Additionally, I think it would be great to give the UX a bit of an uplift so as to make the platform more user friendly. Well, honestly there is nothing to dislike about Comidor. Very few if any - it’s hard to find something we don’t like! Nothing in particular. Sometimes connection with the software gets tricky especially in areas with low internet speeds.		Pros from Real Users Pros End-to-end document management, from printing to archiving, with all steps in between. I am constantly amazed at the thought and depth that goes into this product suite. I love all the useful features embedded in this software. Using rule files I can create custom forms and read/write data directly from/to BBx files from BASIS International. I can add documents to the archive and create cross-referenced links to other documents. I can even use the internal object-oriented programming to do more operations. Everything is spelled out nicely in the documentation and when I need help beyond that, I get timely answers through their support ticket system. I haven't had a chance to use the DocFlow document routing system yet, but look forward to it. Easy to use. Create the forms in MS Word and save as a PDF or PCL in minutes. Not sure what programmer needed this crap for, but it's biting us in the butt now. I suppose some small part of our solution uses it to generate reports of some kind. But likely better options exist now and likely existed when it was first made too. I like the flexibility the most, if you can dream it up in your head you can do it with UnForm. When I first started in using it in 2001 I installed the software, learned enough to be useful and was producing documents with it by the end of the first day. Since then I have used it for many clients, saving a lot of money on forms costs and eventually doing things we had never done before, such as document archiving. Unform is an all-in-one solution for document markup, archiving, scanning, and workflow. It's easy to program, robust, and the tools get better every version. Easy To Use and Very Flexible to setup in connection with Acumatica - easy installation wizard that allows deployment to users.
