Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We were really impressed with the work of our personal account manager and their ability to answer our requests within minutes regardless of time zone. Another good point is that they are available on telegram and whats app. What we like about CoinsPaid: the feeling of security, full legitimacy, quick transactions. CoinsPaid team is very responsive and answered every request. The customer service is responsive and transaction speed is good enough for both me and the players. We had no idea they offer a partnership discount until we introduced a friend and got an additional fee reduction. Working with finance for the past twelve years has taught us to always put security first. CoinsPaid proved to be reliable and trustworthy partners that care about security. They check if the crypto they are dealing with has ever been compromised or used for money laundering and other illegal activities which is extremely important for my business because of regular checks from authorities. Smooth integration, top-notch security. We feel that our money is well protected and we will always get the best service from CoinsPaid support team. Actually, we don’t need crypto currency so we send all of the payments in EUR to our business bank account and pay taxes without any issues or questions from the tax authorities. And they are licensed in the EU, too! Great job, CoinsPaid, keep it up! Cons Offering more options for processing payments would make the process smoother for customers. One piece of advice: it would really benefit everyone if you started providing more education around the process and perks of using a cryptocurrency payment gateway. Customers would feel more comfortable and informed when using the service. But as I said, I am really satisfied with current service. What we don’t like: There weren’t anything really, except for quite a long KYB procedure but we know its for our own safety and safety of our clients. One tip for the company. It would be nice if you send out a pitch with additional products, services, and discounts to every client as it could help me plan my finance accordingly. Not found for now. may be later we will add some. The only thing that can be improved is the verification stage, we had to collect many papers and waited for approval for several weeks. I will never use them again - Good rates - Quick and intuitive crypto swaps - Buying and selling is supported as well - They also have a mobile app Nothing - can’t even respond to my emails. Happy to charge me instantly and tell me it takes minutes which a lie Nothing at all, terrible, horrible, do not recommend, find another company. Absolutely trash. Not good Good prices, very quick purchases with Apple Pay, and the ability to sell crypto, all in one app. It's also much simpler to use than an exchange. Cons I initiated a small test transfer once setting up my account. $22.65 BTC was sold and send to my bank through an ACH transfer. The transaction was created on 04/21/26. It was finally refunded to me over a month later on 05/25/26. During those 34 days I attempted to reach customer support which I was only able to do through emails which said nothing more than “we’re working on this issue please be patient. As of 08/17/26 I was told that the funds would be returned to the original account it came from. But as of 09/16/26 I have not seen it. Matthew Lloyd - Nothing that comes to my mind. It's generally good. Took my money instantly off my card. Received an email saying they have received my funds and “and will start processing your transaction immediately.” Then 20 minutes later another email “Your transaction is taking a bit longer than usual” yet no replies and no crypto Everything. The company banned me during the application process for no reason. I literally followed the protocol it asked for and then got instantly banned. Still waiting for my transaction to be refunded. Not much. It does its job pretty well. Looking forward to when then expand crypto offering
