I had issues setting up my API but their customer service team helped sort it out within the hour which was incredible! Best customer service response I've experienced in a while. - Nothing major - they could add more technical indicators - Mobile app currently in development - Need to integrate FTX	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Trality was a discovery for me tbh. Not only can I create my own bots, but also now I can freely utilize proven strategies from more experienced traders. The later option was a bailout for me, as I'm still lacking sufficient trading experience and knowledge to run complex strategies on my own. - Decently profitable trading bots available for renting - Free virtual trading and unlimited backtesting Free. Easy to set up. Many exchanges available. Many bot options, many algorithms. Marketplace coming soon. Trality has been very easy to use and lean so far due to an amazing community always answering early and being helpful. I like that it uses python as its language, one of the more widely use programming languages today. Its interface is intuitive and i enjoy using it. Trality also has a community that is very supportive ie. Discord channels, that allow users to learn more about the platform. I look forward to future updates! Cons It feels to me that the UI can be done differently and more convenient, as a number of things were not clear to me at once, so it took me some time to adjust. - not too many crypto exchanges supported - only crypto trading, no stocks/forex Almost nothing. Relatively new website. Hard to make profitable bots (but still possible). I really don't see very many problems with the site, it runs very smoothly. Documentation may sometimes be vague and requires more examples as it may be difficult for new users to get a hang of. I have experience with trading bots and programming, therefore it was easy for me to pick up. However, I wish to see more work done on this as I really believe Trality will do well with upcoming feature upgrades.
