I had issues setting up my API but their customer service team helped sort it out within the hour which was incredible! I am personally enjoying it. Really loving my experience with EndoTech's AI trading platform. It's like having a smart trading buddy who's always on the ball. 1. Once you connect the technology to your wallet (I used Kraken), it automatically trades for you. 2. It's really fantastic to see the trades come through. They are identical to the ones on their website as in my account. 3. I don't have to do any manual investing or fixing. 4. The support team is very helpful. The AI-driven tools are helpful, though it takes some time to understand how to use them effectively. The interface is user-friendly, which I appreciate. I've had to reach out to their support a couple of times, and they've been reasonably responsive. Nothing. This was the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend EndoTech to anyone ever. Cons Missing some informational features and they reply within two business days. The setup process is taking time and can be confusing, especially for newbies. Do use the EndoTech's support team. 1. The set up is complicated. 2. The performance fee is high. Learning curve - it takes some time to learn how things work. I didn't like their hidden fees, their customer service was by far the worst service I've ever experienced in my life, terrible access to my account, my account was also suspended.
