Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI looks decent. App is functional and would be decent as a free app or much lower price point, but no standout features come to mind which elevate it compared to competitors. Cons Attempted to cancel subscription multiple times. CoinPanel ignored emails. Continued to charge subscription for another 10 months. Finally responded to most recent email, although the slow response took long enough that CoinPanel attempted to charge for yet another month... Support refused to refund for subscription despite the fact that the multiple attempts to cancel the subscription were well before the subscription charges.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The API documentation is clear and the endpoints are well structured. I integrated Finestel's copy trading engine into our internal dashboard within a few days. Authentication is straightforward and the webhook system for signals works reliably. Support responds quickly to technical questions and even provided code snippets when I got stuck. The sandbox environment for testing is a nice touch. The signal bot and multi-account execution work well for professional setups. Support team is responsive when issues come up. Non custodial API setup keeps client funds safe. Execution speed is fast even during volatile markets. Trading Groups in the Terminal changed that, we group the accounts together and fire the same trade across all of them at once. It's saved us a surprising amount of time and a few costly mistakes along the way. The Signal Bot is flexible and works well with my existing trading setup instead of forcing me to change my workflow. I like that I can connect my preferred signal source and have trades executed automatically across multiple exchange accounts. It's reliable, saves time, and helps eliminate manual mistakes when managing several accounts. Setting up the TradingView Bot was easier than I expected, and it has saved a lot of time by automatically executing trades across multiple exchange accounts. Being able to assign different position sizes to each account from a single TradingView alert is probably my favorite feature because it keeps everything much simpler to manage. The platform has also been reliable during everyday use. Cons Rate limits are a bit tight during peak hours and could be more generous. Some advanced endpoints lack example requests, so I had to experiment to get them working. Limited DEX support. Mostly works with major CEX exchanges Managing more accounts in one group can get a little busy on screen, some more layout options would help larger teams. There are a lot of configuration options, so it can take a little time to understand everything if you're new to trading automation. I'd also like to see more built in templates or presets to make the initial setup even quicker. The initial configuration still takes a little time if you're connecting several exchange accounts for the first time. I'd also like to see a few more customization options for notifications and dashboard layouts, but these are relatively minor compared to the overall experience.
