Mentornity is mentoring and coaching program software for organizations that run structured programs and need to show what came of them. It covers the full cycle: enrolment, matching, scheduling, session tracking, feedback and reporting. Each program runs under its own branding and its own rules, and administrators see participation as it happens rather than at the end of the cycle. MATCHING An algorithm scores every possible pair against criteria the program defines, each with its own weight, and removes pairs that fail a mandatory rule. A program health score tracks participation, meeting frequency and completion against each program's own targets, and flags programs that are drifting before the cycle ends.
