Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Attractive proposal: Their initial offer was well-structured and sounded promising. Polite communication (initially): The sales team was responsive before payment. Cons ❌ Failure to deliver: After 12+ months, I still don’t have a working POS system. ❌ WhatsApp integration not functional: One of the core features I paid for never worked. ❌ Unreliable technical support: Their support team (especially Mr. Ashik) failed to resolve basic issues despite repeated follow-ups. ❌ No accountability: They refused to issue a refund, even though the service was never fully delivered. ❌ Hiding behind "no refund" policy: They used this clause to avoid taking responsibility for non-performance.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Somewhat simple to use for the most part. They’re just launching but it’s pretty good so far. They’re new so they can be super helpful if have questions even accounting questions. Cons We’ll find a glitch but they’ll fix it pretty quickly.
