About

Clinical Extract pulls research data from any EHR with a certified bulk FHIR API: Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH, NextGen and Veradigm. It runs inside your environment as a SMART Backend Services client with read-only scopes, exports only the study cohort through a Group $export, and turns the NDJSON into one analysis-ready CSV with a data dictionary that names the FHIR element behind every column. Patient data never leaves your environment. It is built for cancer and clinical registries (coded case and abstraction fields in the NAACCR layout), research informatics teams and honest brokers (study-scoped pulls with an IRB-ready data dictionary), and research sites (clinical trial feasibility counts from coded criteria). Features include a cohort builder, roster pull with FHIR $match, the CSV and data dictionary, and an oncology lens that delivers biomarkers and TNM stage as named columns.

About

Qvera has built healthcare integration software since 2008. The Qvera Interface Engine (QIE) connects clinical, imaging and administrative systems for hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, and the software vendors who embed it in their own products. One engine handles HL7 v2 and v3, FHIR, DICOM including native DIMSE, X12, NCPDP, ASTM, CDA and IHE profiles. What sets QIE apart: DICOM networking (store, query, retrieve and worklist) and header de-identification in the same engine as your HL7 and FHIR interfaces, a built-in converter for Mirth Connect channels, and high availability on every licensing model. Interfaces are scripted in JavaScript with a built-in Code Wizard, and a built-in AI Companion helps build and troubleshoot them. Deploy on-premise, in containers, or in your own cloud. In production today at more than 600 sites, running more than 25,000 interfaces and processing more than 50 million messages a day. SOC 2 Type 2 attested.

Pricing

$9,980 per year (2 channels)
Choose from Channel-based, Enterprise, or OEM licensing based on how you deploy or distribute QIE. These are commercial models, not feature tiers.

Channel-based licensing
Starting at $9,980 per year
(for 2 channels)

The more channels you license, the lower the cost per channel, so larger deployments cost far less than simple multiplication suggests.

- Full capabilities of the licensed product
- Production, test and developer licenses included
- Standard support and onboarding
- High availability available

Enterprise licensing
Contact Qvera for pricing

Best for large-scale deployments.

- Full capabilities of licensed product
- Production, test and developer licenses included
- Licensed by instance/HA-node count
- Includes unlimited channels
- Standard support and onboarding
- High availability available

OEM licensing
Contact Qvera for pricing

For OEM partners embedding or distributing QIE.

- Full capabilities of licensed product
- Production, test and developer licenses included
- Qvera support for the OEM partner
- Usage billed quarterly in arrears
- Standard support and onboarding
- High availability available

Additional pricing information

- All licensing models begin with a one-year initial term and auto-renew for additional terms unless otherwise agreed.
- Final pricing is confirmed with Qvera sales. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Larger licensing options include more developer licenses. Qvera sales sets the exact number in your quote.

What comes with your license?

Complete product capabilities

Every licensing model includes the complete QIE feature set. There are no Basic, Pro, or Enterprise feature editions. High availability is available across all three licensing models.

Production, test and developer licenses

Every license covers one production instance and one test instance for staging, development and testing, and each runs the full QIE license. Every license also includes developer licenses for developer workstations, and larger licensing options include more.

Standard support and onboarding

Standard support is available from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Mountain Time by phone, email, support portal, and knowledge base. System-down emergencies receive 24/7 assistance. Live engineer assistance, onboarding support, and answers to simple interface-development questions are included.

Services beyond standard support

Training and certification is available for an additional charge. More involved interface-development work is quoted separately under a statement of work. Qvera offers Integration Services for fixed-scope projects, dedicated engineers, or fully managed integration services for QIE.

Remote Management Hub (RMH)

Remote Management Hub brings every registered QIE site into one central dashboard. From a single console, operators can monitor the health and status of a QIE fleet, review version and activity information, and open a site’s administration console when work is needed.

RMH is an optional add-on available with any QIE licensing model. It is licensed separately and sized by the number of sites you register.
