• Youtestme solution offers a very large range of features to plan and set up on distance testing sessions (we don't use the training features). The possibility to customise text quizzes can be complicated to use at the beginning as it follows some Youtestme specific rules and conditions. We didn't finish exploring all these possibilities. Solutions we used to use before were pretty simple compared to Youtesme so we needed to adapt to such a change. Our main contact, Amra was very supportive. She's very knowledgeable of the solution and always helped in finding solutions/workaround when we were facing difficulties. We didn't agree on everything but this is also how we grow up as organisations. Support team is very reactive and willing to help. The automatic translation feature makes a huge difference. The AI surveillance feature helps for the first triage level The final user (candidates at our level) experience is clean and fluid.
• The tech support for the test takers in both English and French is an all-star high quality. All the students' concerns are addressed properly and politely. The issues with the candidate's computers or cameras are resolved in a matter of 5 to 20 minutes.
• I liked how comprehensive it was and how easy it was to use honestly. A big plus for me was that the customer support and the materials they provided were very much available at all times and so, so helpful!
