		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to print. Free account option too. Easy to file a claim through insurance. Staff is American and really go out of their way to help. Their website worked for basic postage printing and mailing although I didn't get to try out all features because you have to contact support to enable them. Cons One day I worry they might do away with their free account option. You have to contact support to enable some features. They didn't enable them for me and so rude I couldn't believe it.
