Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I recently had the opportunity to use Clearly Payments for my business, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. From the outset, Clearly Payments stood out for its user-friendly interface and straightforward setup process, making account setup a breeze. Their competitive pricing with transparent and affordable rates, coupled with robust security measures, provided a cost-effective and secure solution for processing payments. Transactions were processed swiftly without any downtime or glitches, and their excellent customer support was readily available whenever needed. Awesome company. Great service. Super low transaction costs. We used the service for our internet company with recurring billing. I really liked the low rates and the very responsive customer support. I definitely recommend Clearly Payments for credit card processing. I liked how easy it was to switch and I liked the pricing. They took me through how it works. I can truly say they are the best I've worked with so far. Cons Payments can be difficult to manage with some complex systems. There was nothing wrong with the company or service. There is not much I don't like about Clearly Payments. I find it complex to set up payments though. I don't really have any cons yet. Maybe it took a day to get set up.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros none, can process CC's like all other processors. Nothing special. Sure, they process credit cards, great. Its their fees that suck. There. Are no pros all bad this company just robs people they have a very high rate compared to other companies if I have to write a "pro"...simple & straight forward?? In the beginning easy to open the account, the guy who help me was really nice and friendly, but when I had the problem he didn’t answer the phone or text. The interface is simplistic and straight forward. Simple to learn. It is pretty basic. There are different options for utilizing online payment transactions. Cons They scam you continuously with hidden fees. Hundreds at a time sometimes. You name it rude customer service try and steal your hard earned money and when you try to explain that they took money they just didn't listen trying to get me for $3146.46 saying they had to give a refund but all they refunded was what my customer paid You read it correctly, $35 to run a batch! Of course that was never disclosed to me over the phone when I was signing up. Next day payout? Yea right, try 3-4 business days. My terrible experience was after few days I had to process my first credit card for 420 dollar, after 3 1/2 hours driving with my customer from Newark airport to Washington DC, I spent lots money in gas and tolls, the next day they closed my account and didn’t pay, I called them and told me, I need to way for 180 day to deposit the money in my account!!! There are no safeguarding algorithms to prevent fraud. A customer used 5 different stolen credits to make a purchase until one went through. Then of course it was charged back because they used a stolen credit card, and swipe simples system did nothing to prevent this from happening. Also we got hit with another charge right after the chargeback was pulled from our account, which I didn't think was related however after reading these reviews.. maybe it was related. I got signed up with their service through a 3rd party that handles our processing, and wow, this is scary.
