	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Stay away. Used for 11 years, now sold and claim you don't have support but happily take your money and refuse to provide help. Like their program but ever since they 09stopped providing telephone and remote help I would not recommend them. You now have to submit a chit and wait for an online response. Terrible customer service since they stopped providing telephone and remote assistance. You must now submit a chat, link it to a their TeamViewer and wait for a response. Have tried 5 times in the last 4 months and only received a partial response. Said they would get back to me shortly. Waited 4 hours without any further contact.
