CirrusPrint vs. PrintSent Comparison Chart

PrintSent is a virtual printer for Dealertrack DMS. A small pre-configured device plugs into the dealership’s Dealertrack network and emulates one or more compliant network printers. Staff print from Dealertrack as usual—no workstation software, no workflow changes, and no training. It captures the full print stream, including logos and formatting after Send Logos, and turns each job into a branded PDF. Documents appear in seconds in a shared portal to view, download, or email. Optional routing sends form types such as repair orders, POs, invoices, and statements to the right inbox. One device can run multiple printer IPs across Service, Parts, and Accounting, alongside existing printers. Setup is usually under 30 minutes: add the printer IP, create the printer in Dealertrack, and run Send Logos. PDFs are encrypted in transit and at rest. PrintSent works only with Dealertrack DMS. It is not a full DMS and does not use OpenTrack or an API.
