Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Finally I don't have to remember passwords for desktop and website logons! No honeypots of passwords (like everyone has!). Two way authentication. Proves who I am, and who I'm connecting too. No more calls to the helpdesk to reset my passwords! It's a bit like magic once you are set up. Instead of having to remember different usernames, different passwords, and then use the multifactor program, Cipherise does it all in one action and I can use any computer from my work laptop to my home computer without needing to install anything on them. Strong Security, ensuring mutual authentication. Convenience: eliminated usernames and passwords, allowing access multiple systems with a single login. Cost-Effective: eliminated our expensive hardware tokens and other security measures. Reduced Risk of Cyberattacks: if a service is Cipherised, the attack is limited to one user on one system, reducing the risk of cyberattacks. Compliance: Cipherise is compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and Essential 8. Improved Customer Experience: Cipherise enables businesses to offer a seamless and secure customer experience, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Easy to use. I point my camera at the QR code and I’ve logged in. I’ve not had to open up a secondary app like google authentication and put in random numbers. Once set up correctly, I don’t need to remember multiple passwords again. I recently changed hardware and managed to re-login to services with ease. Cons Super secure OneTick is a difficult concept to grasp....to begin with. When I first used FaceID to log in it happened so quick that I didn't get a chance to check the message. Then I discovered you could set it to touch the screen first before it did FaceID. I think that should be on by default. Only supports iOS and Android devices, our exec won't get rid of his BlackBerry. QR code sometimes takes 1 second to load. I’d rather it be instant. The advanced setting and Onetick require getting used to but once you know what you need to do you get used to it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Okta is a very safe platform that helps protect our company's information, but also those clients that use our platform. There are lots of times that duel login is required, but once again, this shows the protection that Okta provides. Super easy to use, gives you options to sign in, warns you when anyone signs in, can install it on your phone. Okta is easy to use (both the web portal and the android app), implements with the platforms that our organisation uses. I like that it has multiple options for 2-factor authentication (such as through the app or an SMS text message). I also like how once you log into the platform, the platforms utilising SSO are all displayed on the first page that loads - straight to business! It is a privilege to have Okta because I can manage multiple logins of users who have the information. The technical support is fantastic; it helps to configure and customize with no hassle. I can hire new employees with ease. We managed to coordinate secure login management, which is easy to use; it works perfectly with my PC, syncs with many software, and contains helpful tools. Great User Interface Straightforward setup & usage Dashboard to view & manage access to all applications Single Sign On & Multi Factor Authentication Password Storage Cons Okta requires a new login every time you haven't been in a platform for a long time. This does slightly get annoying as I have to request permissions from our IT team every time I log in. This is hard when I am trying to log into an account over the weekend. Nothing, the app is great and works well, why change it? I'm only a basic user of the platform who was not involved in the set-up of the system, so do not have any further knowledge of the system (beyond as a user) to comment on any cons. No cons so far as a user! I don't have the opportunity to interpret the logs of anything done with Okta. I have to intuit what is going on in the interface. Requires more detailed user reporting feature. Expensive.
