Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Finally I don't have to remember passwords for desktop and website logons! No honeypots of passwords (like everyone has!). Two way authentication. Proves who I am, and who I'm connecting too. No more calls to the helpdesk to reset my passwords! It's a bit like magic once you are set up. Instead of having to remember different usernames, different passwords, and then use the multifactor program, Cipherise does it all in one action and I can use any computer from my work laptop to my home computer without needing to install anything on them. Strong Security, ensuring mutual authentication. Convenience: eliminated usernames and passwords, allowing access multiple systems with a single login. Cost-Effective: eliminated our expensive hardware tokens and other security measures. Reduced Risk of Cyberattacks: if a service is Cipherised, the attack is limited to one user on one system, reducing the risk of cyberattacks. Compliance: Cipherise is compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and Essential 8. Improved Customer Experience: Cipherise enables businesses to offer a seamless and secure customer experience, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Easy to use. I point my camera at the QR code and I’ve logged in. I’ve not had to open up a secondary app like google authentication and put in random numbers. Once set up correctly, I don’t need to remember multiple passwords again. I recently changed hardware and managed to re-login to services with ease. Cons Super secure OneTick is a difficult concept to grasp....to begin with. When I first used FaceID to log in it happened so quick that I didn't get a chance to check the message. Then I discovered you could set it to touch the screen first before it did FaceID. I think that should be on by default. Only supports iOS and Android devices, our exec won't get rid of his BlackBerry. QR code sometimes takes 1 second to load. I’d rather it be instant. The advanced setting and Onetick require getting used to but once you know what you need to do you get used to it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The username and password scenario used to cause frequent problems and waste our time, often confuse our users, and was also a security worry to us as SaaS providers. MIRACL changed all that - users easily remember their short PIN and don't even have to hit 'Enter' - they're straight in. As for security, the extremely clever 'behind the scenes' cryptographic system means that a bad actor would not only need to know someone's PIN, but also go off with their device. No chance of getting in from another computer! It's very simple to set up and to easy explain how to use it. not a problem for the first-time user. The team at Miracl were highly responsive to our needs. They de-mystified the technical aspect and delivered a great solution. We have been working with the team on one of our project and they have been very responsive and knowledgable. Simplicity in that only a 4 digit PIN is required (no password), speed as in it only takes 1-2 seconds & security which provides a highly secure MFA solution. Cons Very little! We did have to use some external expertise to integrate MIRACL into our system initially, but that's history. Also, if a user accesses our system through other than their default browser, if they clear the browser cache and need to register their device again (a very easy process), they must do so in the same browser - obvious, but not to everyone. Review Guidelines has too much reading will discourage this survey. I know it's necessary. There was nothing we didn't like from the service provided. Some of the documentation can be updated to reflect the latest changes. There are no cons.
