I have personally experienced withheld SEPA funds Friend of mine sent me 2850€ to my TRASTRA account from Greece 10 November 2024 Funds never arrived, We didn’t know what to do, TRASTRA customer service wasn’t helpful, causing worries and frustration for both of us, me and sender, After long 2 weeks funds were returned to sender account TRASTRA refused to explain or tell the reason; But WAIT, it’s not all: After that they just blocked my account (I have money on my account) Without any notification!!! I realised the block when I tried to pay with my card a Christmas gifts!! it’s unbelievable I just couldn’t pay my purchases!! I asked them what’s happened with my card and they replied that my account was blocked 🤯 So I asked how I can get my money, saying that we are just before Christmas, I have used this company before and everything was ok but now in 2023 they have changed their policy. They blocked my account for no reason for more than two months, as did for many of their other clients. All related documentation I provided. They don't reply and they block your account without any message or anything. It is bad.
