Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy-to-use interface Simple swap process Fast and straightforward No complicated setup Almost instant receival of the swapped coin Tried ChangeHero for a couple of crypto swaps recently. Really appreciate that you don’t need an account and the coins land straight in your own wallet. The choice between Best Rate and Fixed Rate is useful depending on the market. Everything went through quickly and the site is straightforward to use. Only minor issue is that rates can shift a bit if the market is volatile while the swap is processing. Overall a reliable option for simple, non-custodial exchanges. The swap process is simple and doesn’t take many steps. I like that I can enter the receiving wallet address, send the crypto, and follow the transaction without having to create an account. Change Hero is simple and easy to use. The platform has a clean interface, the process is straightforward, and I like how easy it is to navigate and find the features I need. Fast transactions, many choice of pair available on the platform, and fast live support on website Cons Exchange rates can vary Fees may depend on the swap Some transactions may take longer depending on network conditions What I didn’t like: During volatile periods the final rate can still move a bit even after you start the swap, so you don’t always get exactly the amount shown at the beginning. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it would be nicer if the Fixed Rate option locked more firmly. The transaction status could provide a little more detail so users can better understand what is happening while waiting for the swap to complete. Some areas could still be improved, especially by adding more options and making certain features even easier to use. A few improvements would make the overall experience better. Sometimes website error and glitch, but everything else nice	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's a nice looking page but that's about the only nice thing I can say about these people it draws you in then you can't get out unless you pay $1000.00 it's a scam Cons The way they trap you into there company I am a pensioner in the UK i was introduced to crypto view a friend I was shown how to deposit money so I had a go what a big mistake that was I chose the basic plan and invested £100 which is all I could afford anyway to cut it short my money grew so I decided to try and withdraw it now is where it all went wrong for me I ask to withdraw my money but was greeted with I have complete my KYC and send them $1000 deposit then I can get my money back it's a scam avoid them like the plague
