Its features are straightforward, making it convenient for users to get started. The overall design provides a smooth experience without unnecessary complexity. Easy-to-use interface, smooth crypto swap process, and no complicated steps. I also like that the rates are shown clearly before confirming the transaction. What I like most about ChangeHero is that it's non-custodial, so I keep full control of my funds during transactions. The user interface is straightforward, and processing times for swaps like ETH to BTC are surprisingly fast. Rates are competitive too Cons I would like to see more detailed updates during transactions, especially when a swap takes longer than expected. Wish they supported a few more niche altcoins	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I'm a newbie at crypto and everything seemed to be working fine initially. It makes it difficult or impossible to withdraw and sends template replies here which only serves as a proof that not paying out customer funds is an accepted and standard practice here. They are not reliable, you will only end up losing your money. They kept on asking me to invest more money. This is a fraudulent exchange, do not use. My assets are occupied by them and cannot be withdrawn. Looking for customer service will only answer your questions, but not solve the problem. Nothing this exchange is a honey pot for IS citizens. You can deposit your funds but not withdraw them. Stay away from them. Cons Just look at others' experiences and avoid. Customer Support is awful I had a very terrible experience with them so i will not recommend them to anyone. The coinsbit.io exchange is a scam, you cannot withdraw but deposit your assets. Won’t return funds without a KYC won’t approve KYC if you are American. Security won’t response to emails. Won’t return funds in a timely fashion.
