About

Chainstack is a blockchain node platform that powers global Web3 applications across fintech, DeFi, wallets, custodians, gaming, AI agents, trading, and analytics. Chainstack's core products include Global Node, low-latency RPC endpoints for everyday workloads; Dedicated Node, single-tenant nodes with guaranteed resources for heavy workloads; reliable infrastructure built for trading bots and MEV strategies; and Unlimited Node, an add-on for unmetered request scaling. Together with Chainstack Self-Hosted for teams that need infrastructure on their own premises, these products cover every stage from prototyping to institutional-scale deployment. Chainstack supports major blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, Hyperliquid, Robinhood Chain, and other EVM-based and non-EVM chains, with elastic (auto-scaling) and dedicated node instances across mainnet and testnet. For Solana-focused trading and MEV operators, Chainstack offers the Yellowstone gRPC Geyser plugin for real-time on-chain data streaming and Jito ShredStream for low-latency transaction propagation. Deployment options span the public cloud, preferred service providers, or fully self-hosted infrastructure, all managed through a single console with standardized node management across chains and environments. Core infrastructure features include global load-balanced RPC endpoints, blockchain data APIs, node monitoring, and request-unit-based usage tracking, keeping performance predictable and costs transparent as usage grows. Chainstack offers a free Developer plan alongside paid Growth, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans, so teams can start building at no cost and scale into preferred infrastructure setup as usage grows. Teams cut time-to-market, cost, and risk with a single platform for blockchain nodes, whether in the cloud, through a preferred service provider, or self-hosted. Standardized node management across chains and environments puts reliability on autopilot and keeps performance predictable. Operators get control and transparency, while developers get a consistent way to build and scale. Fintech companies, DeFi protocols, wallets, custodians, trading firms, analytics platforms, and Web3 service providers running fleets use Chainstack as the fastest way to run reliable, predictable blockchain nodes at scale.

Pros from Real Users

Pros

  • The unlimited node takes away the pressure of managing request limits, and latency has been consistently low. The interface is simple enough to navigate without being cluttered, and chain coverage is broad enough for most of my work
  • As for me, the price meets the service quality: low-latency and reliable RPC endpoints, fast support and clean UI for node performance monitoring
  • Chainstack has some of the most reliable services offered in web3. Along with spectacular customer service! They support the most protocols, and offer the most support options out of any other infra provider.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Cregis WaaS provides the receiving addresses, balance queries, and transfer functions we need for crypto funding. We can connect these capabilities to our client portal without developing a separate wallet backend. For our brokerage, the main value is keeping wallet infrastructure manageable while our team focuses on deposits and withdrawals.
  • We value the ability to define transaction permissions and approval policies around our internal responsibilities. The custody technology and deployment options are relevant when assessing how digital asset operations should fit into our wider technology environment. The focus on controlled access is particularly useful when several departments are involved.
  • The API-first design makes it easier to integrate wallet creation and transaction functionality into our existing product. Cregis handles much of the underlying multi-chain infrastructure, allowing our developers to focus on customer-facing features.
  • Cregis allows us to manage multi-chain wallets and payment workflows without developing the complete infrastructure internally. The API integration, approval controls and transaction monitoring help our operations and finance teams work within a more structured process.
  • Cregis allows us to introduce multi-chain wallet and payment capabilities without building every component from the beginning. The APIs support wallet creation, transaction processing and monitoring, while the permission and approval features help our operations team maintain control as usage grows. We also value having wallet infrastructure and payment functions available within the same ecosystem.

Cons

  • The connection between wallet transactions and trading account balances still needs to be built and tested on our side. More examples for unmatched deposits and withdrawal exceptions would make implementation easier.
  • Implementation requires more than a technical integration. Our security, legal, and operations teams need to assess the setup and document their responsibilities. A more consolidated implementation guide covering these different stakeholders would be helpful.
  • We would like to see more SDK examples, sandbox scenarios and troubleshooting documentation for developers who are new to blockchain payment operations.
  • Some advanced policies require time to configure, particularly when adapting the platform to existing settlement and reconciliation procedures. More pre-built payment integrations would be helpful.
  • More SDK examples for different development frameworks would be helpful. We would also welcome additional webhook debugging tools, pre-built integration modules and more detailed guidance for handling unusual payment states.
