well transitioned is an employer-funded outplacement and layoff-support service for organizations managing individual departures or workforce reductions. It offers planning and execution assistance, including layoff timelines, manager preparation, notification-day coordination, and employee communications. Departing employees receive individualized career-transition support from a dedicated coach, beginning within an hour of notification and continuing through the job search and transition into a new role. Coaching can include stabilization after separation, career guidance, and practical job-search support. Employers can purchase services for one person or groups, with published per-person pricing and volume discounts. The company also offers separately scoped layoff planning and execution engagements. The service is delivered by human coaches and HR professionals, not as a software application.

Transition & Career Coaching is $2,500 per person for Essential, $3,000 per person for Rapid Activation, $4,000 per person for Professional, $6,500 per person for Leadership, and $10,000 per person for Executive. Volume discounts are 10% for 10–24 people, 15% for 25–49 people, and 20% for 50 or more. Coaching is offered with no contracts. Layoff Planning & Execution is priced separately and starts at $25,000 per engagement.
