CareProof is a web-based monitoring and client-reporting tool for solo web designers and small studios caring for local-business websites. It checks sites externally and emails monthly plain-English reports covering uptime, SSL status and expiry, domain renewal timing, mobile speed, and basic Google tags. Users can add a note about maintenance work, choose a send date, preview reports, or send a test email. The free plan covers one client site; paid plans add sites in packs of 10 and include reports branded with the user's logo, colour, and sender name. CareProof needs no plugin or login on client sites. It reports rather than fixes problems, does not verify backups, and does not connect to Google Search Console or Analytics. A separate website health check is available without sign-up. The product is aimed at client-facing care-plan reporting rather than enterprise monitoring or SEO analytics.
