  • Wide selection of indicators to choose from Useful alerts and handy built-in tools Really solid execution speed
  • insanely high 1:2000 real leverage offered on gold and other assets which suits my trading style
  • a support agent invited me to try the platform i tried a few days on the demo the execution speed is really fast
  • the beta platform is now my favorite in case of forex trading the main point is the chart interface also it does the math itself for you

  • Their dedicated tech support desk resolves my requests within 20-30 min over chat. I feel glad for that attitude.

Cons

  • No lag, even during peak times, for me, but the OTC platform on weekends is not reliable: pricing is far from what ACTUALLY happens on Mondays.
  • support not always fast, sometimes i have to wait for like 15-20 min, and it's too much for me
  • Ticket based support is something that I’d cut off completely. Too much to wait for them.
  • Took me some time to master their custom trading dashboard
  • My first withdrawal took time, i waited a day to get my money, and i felt concerned but the money arrived. Guess it's standard practice with first withdrawals across the industry
