Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Detailed and surprisingly intuitive and easy to use. My team and I use it daily to assist with state mandated Metrc. Very responsive and helpful support staff is a definitely a welcome change from other services. The idea of it pulling the correct information from your source package and having a premade template for everything you need. Task tracking/ assigning, the app and the ability to always look things up, the easiness of Canix app and desktop, quick and communicative customer service. The list honestly goes on and on. They are quick to reach and have amazing customer service. It also is a lot more user-friendly than Metrc and the APP is above and beyond amazing. Lastly, we love the ability to assign/track daily tasks and inventory. Canix has more power in selecting large qty. of items at one time. The "harvest all filtered" is very useful when you need to harvest thousands of plants at one time! Metrc cannot do this. I like the sales order function and auto fill of directions to destination. Driver and vehicle interface functions. There are plenty of good features. Tech support is quick to help with any questions or concerns. Cons It would be nice if it was just a bit less expensive but it’s not cost prohibitive. It did not pull certain information over i.e Harvest Dates, it also wouldn't let you freely size text boxes which made the label look very standard. You also could not use a different font. At this time there are currently no cons for us. There are currently no cons for us at this time. Any glitch we get Canix is very fast to fix. While Canix is above some others, I do not know a system that can efficiently handle the large qty. of harvests we need to do at one time. Packaging and finalizing harvests still works better in Metrc.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Compliance, accuracy, and monthly reporting is amazing to CRA and HC. It has it's own ecommerce, so no Woo or Shopify interfacing needed. - Super through, it has capability of every little details for reporting - Support team is fantastic - Many different reports available for auditing - Built in audit system - Pulls Batch Records with one click of a button - Full traceability (for raw Materials and cannabis) - Completely paperless Cons A lot of features, so a bit of a learning curve at the start, but you save later. - The software is a bit complex and hard to navigate for first time users - PROS outweigh the cons with sufficient training and support from Cropsify's team.
