Cons Sometimes the stock is hard to find with the providers, after they change for new goals. And no solution for audio.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The delivery information driver activity tracking is fantastic. That improved a lot our customer service. In our line of business, it is essential to be able to cover as many use cases as possible. The 100+ parameters available makes it the only software I tested that model our activity perfectly. I love being able to balance sales territories and have a management tool that handles close to 40K US zip codes. Easy to use, and onboarding e-training in the application, flexible integration. Also, Gartner Certified! New capabilities are rolled-out regularly, and they listen to their users for new features implementation. Cons The cheaper version does not have real-time appointment optimization, which is a shame. I would love more capabilities in reporting, specifically a customizable BI dashboard, like a drag & drop UI? I have noticed a slow down in performance when working with too many attributes on the zip code optimization. The US localization still needs some work but will probably be up to standards in the very near future. Even though the interactive tutorials are an excellent addition, it would be nice to have a free training session at sign-up.
