Pros from Real Users Pros I like CXT because they can I manage my time and because is 24/7 is easy because I have other platforms and easy for me I like how detail and accurate the app was to use I never had a problem with anything concerning the app. The app helps me get my work done quickly and efficiently. It's easy to use and I have not had any issues with it glitching or not working. The program allows admin to set up an array of different options to work for their company. I have used the app as a driver and dispatcher. It has improved over the years and is the standard for most courier companies in the metro Phoenix area. It is comprehensive and versatile. I like everything about the app. It works well, never had any problems. Easy to navigate and accurate. Flexible work schedule work at your pace pleasant people! Easy understand, easy handling and clear visualization I recommend for all the people this experience. One of the standout aspects of CXT Software is its ease of use. I find it intuitive, and the range of features, from route optimization to real-time tracking, contributes to a more organized and effective delivery process when I'm on the road. Really enjoy the latest updates to the Visual Dispatch Board. Customer support is terrific and responds quickly. Our company uses the on demand software to transport surgical devices. CXT was the only Courier software I could find that you could attach multiple photos so our drivers can view what they pick up. This was a game changer for us. It made our drivers error margin drop considerably. Our customers enter their order on a customizable website from their mobile device and then attach a photo, Super easy. I have been in the courier business for 20 years as a dispatcher/owner this software has many useful features the can be easily customizable. I was also impressed by the customer service. When we switched software cxt had us take some online courses before we went live. This made the transition really smooth. Even better the first week we were live a rep from cxt was on a live zoom meeting for a week during our business hours. all we had do is unmute and our questions where answered. On the driver end they have a great feature called driver input. I can make sure each delivery or pick I can put special instructions and the driver has to enter a answer. This helps with making sure the delivery is accurate.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Couldn't find any 'PROS' so if less than one star is possible I would review at that level. Gave it almost 95 minutes and will not recommend or use again. Easy integration with Shopify. Creates black hole for packages. Destroys your hard work. Ruins business reputation. Nothing good to say about this company. They have not delivered on their promises so there are NO pros to lists here. They were great a few years ago, good price and reliable. There is nothing else nice that I can say. Cons 90 MINUTES TO GET TO MY FIRST SHIPPING - Software is a minefield - "no i'm not from Australia! - the US" A waste of time - password resets not working, chat is the dumbest AI - HOW can I help you? - Can't reset my password - using the password you sent me!" "How can I help you?" You have no choice but to save your payment info before checking out. Then they don't accept my Visa like 1,000 other merchants do. Tried and tried, PLUS re-weighing charges on top of weight charge if not right, then only $1.21 less than UPS. My 90 minutes is worth a lot more. Still trying to delete my CC information. Not recommended. Loses your packages. Doesn't get picked up. Not proactive in resolving delays. Always chasing them, which wastes my time. I've been waiting over a week for a delayed package. Their online tools are useless. No one should ever use this company when there are perfectly good options with the USPS or UPS/FedEx. I run an eBay store and over the last 5 weeks have had issues with at least 50% of my packages. Taking days to be collected, collected items not being scanned, items being collected but not scanned, items not moving through the system and being declared lost but compensation refused. They ignore all my correspondence, until I told them I was taking the complaint to the Postal Ombudsman. They have been running around me all day trying to fix things, but I told them they can deal with the Ombudsman. This unreliable service is damaging my eBay business. I will be contacting eBay to advise the issues. If you want to keep trying to support@sendle.com usually gets a response after 5 or 6 emails, but it does give you a paper trail. Reading these reviews, I'm glad to hear that it's not just my parcels.
