	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros WizCommerce is revolutionizing our business by resolving management challenges and streamlining operations. From eliminating manual processes and facilitating real-time order closures to simplifying payments and enhancing CX, it addresses our pressing needs. Orders that previously took a month to process are now closed on the spot, saving invaluable time and avoiding significant post-show processing. With Wiz Commerce, we are currently saving approximately 10 hours per week in time, translating to a substantial increase in productivity and efficiency. WizCommerce has transformed our factory operations, making them more efficient and intuitive. We rely on it for everything, from sampling to sharing tear sheets/catalogues. With its automation features, it saves us valuable time, allowing us to concentrate on strategic priorities. WizCommerce simplifies our pre-sales process, letting us effortlessly share tear sheets and quotations in just a few clicks. We can access our product details quickly which helps in reducing our TAT. Their post-sale support is outstanding, and CSMs are helpful and always ready to assist. We were looking for a software solution to automate our trade show process. I came across WizCommerce and it’s trade fair assistance is sufficing our requirements. From sampling to barcode generation, everything can be done so smoothly. It has significantly reduced our TAT from 2-3 days to 4-5 hours Additionally, other features like PIM and Catalog generator have also streamlined our operations. Earlier I used to manually create the tear sheet and send it to the buyer, it was a lengthy process as all the details were not stored in one place. Now with WizCommerce, our processes are streamlined, and we can share the tear sheets in a few minutes. In the trade fair, we have stopped using pen and paper, instead, we use the TFA app, which can scan barcodes, take notes and even share the tear sheets in a few simple steps. As of now, I haven't encountered any challenges or problems with WizCommerce. Nothing much but sometimes the app gets slow during fair.
