Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It partners with TownSq, not sure what else I can say. Cons You have to re-enter information so many times. They profess that C3 is global so you only have to enter a vendor once but so many tasks take so many unnecessary keystrokes that you are better off with different software. Too much time wasted doing the same thing over and over.		Pros from Real Users Pros Rent Manager is user friendly and helps us keep a balanced book. Support is always incredibly helpful. Rent Manager makes it easy to keep track of properties, tenants, and day-to-day tasks. There are a lot of useful features, and once you get used to the system, it’s pretty straightforward. Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options. Incredibly smooth implementation process, really set me up to be able to go out on my own after the 3 months. Very good program for managing tenants and reports for the real estate management firm. easy to use. If you want great customer service that is what you will get. Not only are they quick to solve the issue but they go extra mile and are very patient and kind. user friendly and intuitive software. Rent Manager provides clear oversight to those in management about what's going on with tenants and prospects, which means anyone can pick up where someone left off with full clarity. The ability to integrate with our leasing software is essential. The UI and graphical aspect of Rent Manager is easier to grasp and more straightforward than Yardi. The initial setup was also very easy. The system brings leasing, maintenance, accounting, reporting, and tenant communication into one easy‑to‑use platform. The search tools, workflows, and automation options save a tremendous amount of time. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with third‑party tools and how powerful the reporting features are. The IT person was very helpful and very polite. He went in to use my computer to double check to make sure everything was correct. It was.
