Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Easy to use, great to get KYC verification. I like that It doesn't bother me with push notifications.

Cons

  • I only with that it had more trading options available, and maybe some native staking.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • High leverage, No KYC, tons of pairs to trade, great mobile app.
  • THE FOLLOWING ARE THE PROS OF MEXC: {1} They are one of the most User friendly platform {2} They have the lowest trading and withdrawal fees in the industry. Currently offering Zero Maker Fee on almost all Pairs. {3} MEXC Holds numerous Profitable Events, with little or no risk associated. Most of the Events reward users who trade in the platform during the event period. Some reward Holders of the Exchange native token (MX). {3} The KYC process is super easy and fast. {4} They have the Best and sustainable Referral system in the industry. {5} They are the best at listing low cap gems. {6} The best and most liquid Perpetual Future trading platform.
  • Honestly I like the low eligibility criteria for the airdrop events they conduct and also they have very active customer support staff. I accidentally locked my funds and I contacted the customer support for informing them about the issue and within few minutes I got the reply and she also told me how to unlock the funds and after that I was able to withdraw it.
  • Literally none. The platform is awful to fund and I'm glad it did not work out. Learn from my mistake.
  • I typically use exchanges when I need to acquire an asset using fiat money, for making coin-to-coin trades, and for sending newly-purchased/just-traded assets to the appropriate wallets. I keep an account with MEXC Global and have been using the exchange for while now. It has been great for receiving crypto deposits from defi wallet addresses, trading digital assets, and transferring them off the exchange to various wallet addresses. MEXC also supports tons of coins and trading pairs, and has vital historical info readily available for each supported asset. Real-time info is also viewable very easily, and makes a huge difference when dealing in assets with rapid and drastic value-fluctuations. There is also decent (comparatively) staking and PoS options available for many assets, should one choose to keep them on the exchange for any length of time.

Cons

  • Not many cons to speak of. Us users are limited to partial KYC but that only limits you to withdrawal 20 BTC daily which is plenty for most.
  • THE CONS I HAVE NOTICED SO FAR IS THE FOLLOWING: {1} Merchants in the P2P section for my local currency are not professional compared to KUCOIN and BINANCE.
  • With low internet speed the app will take time to load, but the website is stable.
  • -Cannot delete data or close your account -Argumentative customer service -Does not follow consumer privacy laws
  • It can appear a bit daunting to newer users, I'm sure, and was difficult for me to navigate for the first day or so until becoming familiar with the software. It's somewhat confusing when it comes to making crypto purchases using one's own bank account/card; the exchange doesn't directly handle the initial transaction and instead defers the user to an associated 3rd-party. Once a crypto purchase is made, the available asset is deposited into the user's MEXC account. From there one is able to trade and use the asset(s) as desired. MEXC's software is loaded with features and offers way more than I care to be involved with personally. I have used the "Kickstarter" feature--which is like a very short-term crowdloan for new crypto-oriented projects to secure funds from users in exchange for rewards in the form of the new project's native token--but the participation is just so ridiculously high that it hardly pays off and seems to just be a waste of time and resources. I have not used the MEXC Global exchange to withdraw any assets to a personal bank account, nor do I intend to.
