Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I would have loved to say something positive, but after my experience with them - I am left with only a negative experience. Ability to automated LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to create targeted campaigns to potential leads. The software is actually pretty good. It was good for making connections and starting conversations, I just wasn't able to turn it into enough business to make it worth it. N/A. Their automation tool can be helpful for some outreach processes. You can import lists from Sales Navigator and work from them. The downside of this is that you can get much better quality and still attain the same volume of 100 per week (LinkedIn's limit). Cons Worst company ever. I signed up for an annual subscription (through their pressure sales tactics), and decided shortly after I no longer want to use it. They refused to give me a refund. Fine. I emailed them multiple times, messaged them on chat support and they refuse to cancel my account. Each time they try to offer me a call to keep me in. There is no way to cancel my account in the platform. Now they keep trying to charger my card for renewal. Finally they told me to fill in a secret form to cancel my account after jumping through many hoops. After I fill in the form, they emailed me saying, sorry I can't cancel, because the contract says I need to cancel 30 days before renewal.... Meanwhile I have been trying to cancel for almost a year... Customer support, results, sales rep follow-up and lack of ethics or morals. Customer service is horrible. They won't let you cancel and keep charging you. I emailed to cancel and got a confirmation email from them that they wouldn't charge me and that my account was canceled. Then they charged me again. The current excuse is that they cannot find my payment to refund me. I sent them the receipt that they sent and since then they haven't responded. Bad company. I am appalled with what Buzz.ai did to our company. They purposefully made numerous errors, giving other users access to all our confidential client data and client information, and not only contacted and pitched to our clients as they have access to your client admin. Their sales team has no morals and didn't want to abide to what we agreed. We were not sure their automation would be good for our business, so we wanted a 1-month trial, but they only offered a 3-months one. So we agreed to test for 3 months. At the end of the period, they just billed us a renewal without a warning. We asked them to cancel on the very same day we received the charge, to which they replied "It's in our terms that you need 31 days notice to cancel". Even though we had agreed on a 3-months trial with no automatic extension, they seem to rely on the fine print of a contract to make money... Buzz did not help us in the end. The same result (probably even better) could have been achieved manually. We don't like their solution for our company and don't want to use it. Yet, they're still trying to force us to stick with it. Be careful with these guys... they're not thinking about you as a successful customer, but just another dollar in their account.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software is intuitive and organized. Automations and AI personalizations definitely save time and energy Their AI voice notes are really good, made my outreach more personalized and easier. Their sequence builder is straight forward and easy to understand. Reliable and transparent AI with well-documented integration, meaningful automation, and practical features that save time. One thing I love about Prosp compared to Heyreach or Lemlist etc is their voice cloner feature. Like I just recorded a short clip and now I can send hundreds of personalized messages in my own voice without lifting a finger. And funnily, people actually reply to these like as if I sent the voice notes 😂. Anyway, these guys are doing some great stuff! Customer support is responsive, helpful, and always rolling out new features based on feedback Conns: Heavy LinkedIn usage, even with safety, can still run into connection or messaging limits Cons Sometimes bugs occur and slows down the experience. It is sometimes slow to load. Also some times, their proxies goes down randomly. Advanced tools take some learning with some tech issues but they resolve it so quickly. Waiting for some of the other features such as email and content creation Heavy LinkedIn usage, even with safety, can still run into connection or messaging limits
