Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This software can be used from Pre Construction to Post Construction. Easy to use. It can do many things like Estimating and Project Monitoring. Easy software easy to takeoff and mapping, efficient software and also time saver those who work daily with this software, easy to estimate good for document management. Easy to takeoff software in three ways: measure, map, and commit. Easy to learn. They are having tutorial videos which helps in learning the software and all the things are point to point. Lots of material they are providing in very low price per month. It allows for the complete management of a project, while at the same time, offering individual modules that allow me to make the best use of certain functions separately if needed. For instance; it is possible to just use the takeoff and cost estimation functions if that's all you need. BuilderSYS also comes packaged with training videos that took me through each module so that I can become familiar with the software before diving in. In addition, it comes with an extremely generous 1 year trial. Multiple tabs in one screen. You can remain in touch with clients and do new contracts too. It's awesome to see color coded tabs and it's be in use as compare too some other software's. You can purchase order in it. The home screen has a color coded tab which is easy on the eyes and organized. It makes it fast and easy to find what you need. There is a nice integration of options that allows anyone or any business to use as much or as little features as it would want. The price point is pretty reasonable as well compared to similar products on the market. Another nice feature is the support videos and tutorials they have available online. Cons The first time I saw the "Home" view, I got overwhelmed. I think this needs a little improvement with the layout. This requires a big screen to maximize its use. Hope that A bit design and layout of the software can be improved so that it will be more easy to get into this. Rest of all things are perfect. Because the software offers so much, it does take a little while longer to get used to it, though the training videos are very helpful. I also highly recommend having a dual monitor setup to make the best use of the screen layout. It's not run properly if you're using other software's too. Resolution & Takeoff quality is good but should be improved. More no of tabs in-front of single screen sometimes makes you confused. The download speed was fairly slow and the user speed sort of lagged behind. The time to create reports and new jobs seemed like it could be set up in a more streamlined way. I would also like to see a better price option to use just the Estimating portion of the software.		Pros from Real Users Pros Easy to learn and use right off the bat. This software provided a significant benefit to our TAKE OFF process. The collaborative feature means our estimators across the country can all contribute and monitor the progress of the project. Easily bring up any and all drawings with the click of a mouse, saves bundles on paper and cost. STACK has sped up our takeoffs making them about 4 times faster than before. I also like how their software integrates with Excel which makes it easy for me to finish our estimates and submit our bids. Customer support has been excellent as well - they are there to help me whenever i have a question!
